- Video services Videos can be produced to varying lengths and your specific specs and therefore custom quoting is needed but generally costs usually run around $100 every 30 seconds.
- Sizzle videos (your photos professionally organized into a 30 second video with music) can be made from any above package for $55, $65, $75, $90 and $100 per above category.
Costs include prep, travel time, finishing (if applicable) and upload.

Matterport services are:
.09 cents per listed square foot size of structure from 1 to 3000 sq ft.
.085 cents per listed square foot size of structure from 3001 to 6500 sq ft.
.075 cents per listed square foot size of structure from 6501 sq ft and up.
$100 minimum any stand alone Matterport job.
PHOTOS WILL BE TAKEN IN AS-IS CONDITION
Please understand that, while we will move items here and there to get a better shot or open blinds and turn on lights, SWP is NOT responsible for staging, moving of furniture, boxes, clutter, weather or outdoor property conditions. Postponements are free but photos are forever! We will bend over backwards for you but must also run a business and keep a schedule, both in taking the photos as well as in post production.
